Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the mobile game Belt Tycoon (the "Service") provided by QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. ("we", "us"). Before you start playing, the app shows these Terms and our Privacy Policy and asks you to accept them by tapping “Agree & Play”. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law of your country requires it. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Service and everything in it — including the artwork, music, text and code — belong to QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer the Service or its content, except where the law allows it.

3. In-game items and progress

The Service contains in-game resources and rewards such as coins, robot boosts, stars and machines ("In-game Items"). They are earned by playing, have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sold or transferred. You receive a limited licence to use them in the Service; you do not own them.

Some versions of the Service offer optional in-app purchases. In-app items (such as coin packs and booster packs) are consumable and are bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are non-refundable except where the law or the store's policy requires.

Your progress and In-game Items are saved only on your device. If you delete the app, clear its data, reset your device or move to a new device, they will be lost and cannot be transferred or restored. We may change rewards, difficulty and how In-game Items work in order to keep the game balanced.

4. Advertising

The Service is free and is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Some ads appear between stage results; rewarded ads are optional and give the stated reward only when watched to the end. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for advertisers' products or websites. How ad data is used is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Notifications

With your permission the Service shows local notifications on your device, for example when your factory warehouse is full. You can turn them off at any time in the game's Settings or in your device settings.

6. Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or modified clients, tamper with the Service, or use it for anything unlawful. If you do, we may stop providing the Service to you.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop the Service or any part of it. If we stop the Service completely we will give reasonable notice in the Service where possible.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including the loss of progress saved on your device. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law, or our liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first at support-bt@lfbe.io — most issues can be solved quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be heard by the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.

10. App stores

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store: Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service; claims about the Service (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property) are our responsibility, not Apple's; if the Service fails to conform to an applicable warranty you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price of the app (if any), and Apple has no other warranty obligation; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You must also follow the store's own terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the Service before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms.
